The Lydd Half Marathon 2012

The Course

The 2012 race will utilise the revised course introduced in 2011. The course uses wide country lanes – it is flat and suitable for all standards.

The race will start from Banks Sports Club in Dennes Lane - to be found just off the High Street. Participants will run a short circuit of the cricket field (to make up the distance to 13.1 miles) then head out to the north of the town and cover a rural route through the quiet lanes surrounding the town before making their way back to Lydd and the finish at the Sports Club.
